This rental agreement is for a Florence Oregon Pickleball Club Member to exclusively have sole use of the ball machine, non-club members are not included in this agreement. Failure to abide by the terms of this agreement will banned you from renting the ball machine in the future. - I. Terms and Conditions I. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT This Equipment Rental Agreement was made on the date above and is between the Florence Oregon Pickleball Club and renter named above.The "Renter "acknowledges the equipment and the terms of this Agreement. The owner agrees to provide the renter the equipment listed within this agreement. II. INTENT OF RENTAL The Renter complies that the equipment will be used for their own personal use and agrees to return all equipment on specified date in working condition. III. TERM This Agreement will begin on date specified within the contract and end on date specified within the contract. VII. ALTERATIONS, MAINTENANCE, AND REPAIR The Renter shall keep the property in good condition. The Renter will be responsible for the loss of equipment and agrees to pay the equipment replacement cost. The Renter shall not make any alterations to the equipment. The Renter is obliged to return the equipment in good condition. IX. INDEMNIFICATION The Renter indemnified FOPC and the Equipment free and harmless from any liabilities from accidents, loss of equipment, injury, or death of a person/s. X. SIGNATURE We, the undersigned, agreed that we have read this agreement and are bounded by its terms and conditions.
